International University Scholarship

The Kaplan Business School International University Scholarship is only available to students who are residing permanently outside of the EU at the time of application.

What level of Scholarship will I receive?

Under the KBS International Scholarship programme you may receive an award of up to £2,000 per year of study for a maximum of 3 years.

Can I apply for the International University Scholarship?

You can apply for this scholarship if you meet the following criteria:

  • Candidates must have scored an average of 85% in the examinations being assessed for entry to KBS.
  • Candidates must be a permanent resident outside of the EU at the time of application.
  • Candidates must be applying to begin studying with KBS in 2012.

How do I apply for this scholarship?

  • Complete the KBS application form for the course you wish to study.
  • Complete the KBS International Scholarship application form.
  • Make sure you have read all the documents and completed them fully including the KBS terms and conditions on the course application form and scholarship application form. Submit both applications forms (including your proof of ID, academic qualifications and proof of address).

Scholarship Assessment Criteria

The following criteria will be used by the Kaplan Business School Scholarship awards panel to determine if an award is appropriate and the level of any award:

  • That the candidate meets all the criteria to allow a scholarship application to be made.
  • The candidate‘s academic record.
  • The candidate‘s 500 word personal statement on the scholarship application form.

What happens next?

First our admissions team will check you are eligible to study the course you have chosen (we will use predicted grades where necessary). Once admissions are satisfied that you will be eligible for your course they will pass your scholarship application to the KBS Scholarship Awards Panel. The panel will review your application and inform the admissions team of the outcome of your applications. The KBS admissions team will then inform you of the outcome of both your application to join KBS and your scholarship award. All applicants will be notified of any decision within 14 days of application.
