It allows students to develop a critical awareness of the common law legal tradition and be able to apply analytical and problem-solving skills in a range of legal and non-legal settings. This course will also help students develop strong analytical and critical skills as well as sophisticated problem-solving techniques.
The course is structured so that all fundamental areas of law are covered, giving students a broad understanding of the subject. Students will study four modules per year over two semesters consisting of core and optional modules.
