Student Accommodation

Choosing accommodation with Kaplan Business School is slightly different to the process that you would associate with a large campus-based university in London. Our students do not live on campus, instead they live in a part of the city that they choose and travel to the School each day. Many students choose to live with family and friends whilst they are studying, but for those who are looking for accommodation, there are various ways to find it.

Your accommodation options

All of our students can access the University of London Housing Service, which offers a one-stop-shop for all your renting needs, including a property rental database and contract checking service. You can also get help finding accommodation through our links with a range of providers including the accommodation service at Kaplan International Colleges and some of the biggest private providers in London, such as Nido and Unite.

With all providers, there are a range of accommodation options on offer, including single ensuite rooms, single rooms in shared flats, and twin rooms. Prices vary enormously, depending on the area and type of property, but the average cost is approximately £150 per week.

Once you are at Kaplan Business School

Once our students have arrived many of them choose to change their living arrangements after they have made friends with other students and acquainted themselves with their new surroundings. KBS has student notice boards where students can advertise for room-mates, and often students will only plan the first few months of their stay before arriving, and then look to move in with some of their new friends.
