Step by Step Guide to Applying
When can I apply?
Kaplan Business School is not part of the UCAS system, which means that we can accept applications from students at any point up until 17 September (International) or 10 October (UK/EU) in the year in which you want to start your chosen course. Students can apply to UCAS in the normal way AND apply to KBS at the same time.
How does the application process work?
Step 1
Check you meet our
entry requirements or call us on +44 (0) 20 7920 6868 if you have any questions regarding your eligibility.
Step 2
Download an application form from our website or request an application pack by calling +44 (0)20 7920 6868 or emailing kbs@kaplan.co.uk. Alternatively, skip Step 3 and apply online using our Online Application form.
Step 3
Send the completed application form to us, plus the following documents:
- A copy of your passport or birth certificate
- Evidence of your academic qualifications (or predicted grades)
Where possible please send original transcripts or certified copies. International transcripts should be accompanied by a certified English translation.
Step 4
KBS will contact you within 7 days to confirm whether or not you have an offer. Should you receive an offer, it will either be unconditional or conditional.
An unconditional offer means that you can proceed to the next step of the application process.
A conditional offer will usually be given when we are awaiting more information such as exam results. It can become unconditional as soon as this required information is provided.
Step 5
Once you have received an unconditional offer, you can confirm your place by paying the course fees for your first year of study. Please be aware that your offer from KBS is valid until 10 October in the year in which you want to start your course.
Deferral of your place for one year will be considered on a case by case basis.
